Upside down pineapple cake
It's been so long I have been wanted to make an upside down pineapple cake but don't know what recipe to use.On the net there are many recipes but you have to choose the right one coz there are lots that are not good.Fortunately I found a pinoy cooking site that has the recipe and tried it.Thanks to Panlasang Pinoy site.I was very happy with the result and my family loves it a lot!!!

i have not tasted an upside down pineapple cake before and the picture just seems mouth watering :) i hope i can find them at sm malls :)
