Drooling over pork chicharon

Though now I know how to make a chicharon,I still miss the chicharons at the public market where we usually bought in the Philippines.It was so crunchy and crispy when we dip it in vinegar with chillies.

I remember when we were in Spain,I bought lots of chicharons and ate to my much gusto.There,in every supermarket,you can find many chicharons.I guess,we Filipinos got the love of chicharons from Spaniards.

Hmmm.. sigh....if only I can buy the same chicharons here in France,I'll be so happy.It makes me drool just looking the photos :(
