I made some chicharons!!!

Few days ago,I was craving for chicharon.Before whenever we go to Paris,we usually passby to one of the Filipino stores and buy some packs of chicharon.But since it will be sometime again before we go back in Paris,I decided to try making it on my own.

I searched the recipe on the net and good thing that it turned out good.It's easy to do.Cut in cubes the pork skin and boil it with black pepper and salt.Then put it in the oven to dry.After that,you deep fried it and voila,you will have your crispy chicharons.

It was almost the same chicharon I bought in pinoy store.Now I can eat and make chicharons whenever I want.

Hello Gin,dali lang bitaw ni himuon.Magsawa gyd ka sa chicharon kay daghan kaayo ang mahimo nimo ba kay mandako man once na mafried na.
