Nowadays many people are interested with home based business.They want to put up a business of their own and be the boss.Just like my friend who is tired being an employee for many years,put up her own business.With enough capital she saved from working abroad,she is now the owner of a little store that sells school supplies.Good thing that she lives close to schools so her business is doing very well.

Other business opportunity to consider is franchise business.In franchise,mostly the companies are already established and with good support from the franchiser.With enough capital,courage and hardwork,I am sure anyone's business will be doing good.

Prices of electronic devices

When we went to the mall yesterday,we passed by a shop that sells electronic devices such as digital cameras,laptops,notebooks and some accessories.I always thought that the prices here in Philippines are more expensive compare in France when it comes to electronic devices but I was wrong especially if you buy the accessories.Most of them have the same prices or much lower.But I noticed that there are also some expensive items depending on what model you choose.

My husband told me that if we only knew we haven't bought in France the memory cards and memory sticks for the digital cameras of my sister and my father coz it's much cheaper to buy here.

Buko and pandan flavoured gelatin

When we ate at the buffet restaurant,one of the desserts was buko and pandan flavoured gulaman.I liked it a lot so I made some at home the following day.It was so easy to make,I just boil the gelatin powder and cool it in the fridge.After that,I mixed the buko,condensed and evaporated milk and sugar to the sliced gelatin.It was an easy and delicious dessert and all of my family like it a lot.

Invited to a wedding

A friend of mine here invited me to come to her sister's wedding.Till now I am so hesitant to go because I really don't know her sister at all and her family.I am not at ease going there,I don't know any person aside from her.But I still have more than a month to decide coz the wedding will be on July.

She asked me if I know where they can order some personalized wedding napkins for her sister's wedding.I told her that she just search on the net,maybe they can find an online store selling wedding accessories and such.

I guess,it will be a grand and a beautiful wedding coz they really prepared a lot and very keen to the details of the wedding preparations.

Big apple mangoes

My aunt who visited us brought some big apple mangoes.I was amazed looking at it coz it was really big!I guess one mango can weigh more than a kilo.Just by looking at it,it waters our mouth especially if we dip it with shrimp paste with chillies yum yum yum :)All of us like those mangoes so it didn't stayed longer on the table,we ate it immediately hahahaha.

Eating a lot!

I have been here in Philippines for almost a month now.The longer I am staying here,the bigger I become :( blame it to the foods I'm eating here.I can not control myself eating a lot of rice especially if there are kinilaw (raw tuna with vinegar),barbecue or roasted chicken and pork and some other Filipino foods.My friend who just recently had a vacation here said that she really gained a lot of weight when she was here.She was telling me that she might be using a diet pill that works so that she will lose the weight she gained here.I told her that I might do that too when we go back in France.

My family really miss my cooking so I have been cooking a lot here.I also baked some cakes and did some pinoy desserts.I am happy to see my family enjoying the food I cooked and prepared.

Beauty products

My auntie who sells beauty products visited me again the other day.But this time she brought some products.She's been telling me about it the first time she came here.She wanted me to buy from her so that it can add her income.She brought some lipsticks,night cream,face powder,lotion and some other products.She even said that I should take the night cream she brought cause for her it is the best night cream she ever used.

Honestly,I don't use beauty products except for face powder and lipstick and that's it.Maybe because I never tried to experiment my look.I always wanted it to be simple.But you know what,sometimes I envy those women who uses beauty products coz it really enhance their beauty.
