Bayan Family Ties

It's been almost a year that I'm subscribing to Bayan Family Ties.I just love and satisfied their service coz I can call unlimited to my family in Davao for only 30 euros (for the new subscriber) and 25 euros for the old ones like me :).I want people to know their service so that they can avail to the privilege that I have now,talking to our loveones in Pinas to sawa :)

Happy for my son's improvement

My son is already 3 years old but still he can't speak a complete french sentence yet.But he can already utter many words and knows 0-10 and the alphabets except for the W that is so hard for him to pronounce.And He knows how to on the computer and open internet explorer and search his online game site.After that he will play his favorite games.I can't believe how he knows all about playing games in the computer coz I never teached him,maybe he knew it while watching me playing games.We were just amazed how he was able to do that.

Did some check up

It's been months that I feel pain at the right and left side of my back and even at my stomach.So last month we went to the doctor to have an ultrasound again of my kidneys.Last Friday I had my ultrasound and thanked God,my 2 kidneys are ok.Today,we went to the clinic to have urine examination and blood test to know my sugar level.I have to be aware of these because in our family we have some kidney problems and diabetes history which causes my mom and her relatives death.I hope my sugar level is ok.

Nice fine linens

I was browsing an online home magazine.It featured some nice fine linens products.There,they featured the known manufacturer and designer Sferra.The beddings,blanket covers,blanket,pillows and table cloth are beautifully made and in very good quality just by looking those photos.How I wish I could buy those and replace our old ones.I'm sure it will be more comfortable for us to use,like the ones in the high end hotels.

Oh is this true ? we are in billboards :)

Hahhaa,I was having fun doing these tricked photos.How I wish it's true that we are the one featured in different billboards here,maybe in my dreams hahahaha.

Can you fold a t-shirt very fast?? Me,I can't,I'm bad when it comes to folding clothes :)While looking for some music videos in youtube,I stumbled in this video.A video of a japanese woman who folded the t-shirt very fast.Too bad,she didn't show it slowly so that the viewers can catch up :)

I think,I already saw this before but not paid much attention.But this time,I'm interested because I always have a hard time folding our t-shirts.So maybe I'm gonna try her style,I will just play the video slowly hehehe :)

My most favorite song up to now is If I were a boy by Beyonce.I just couldn't get enough singing this song at home,I play it many times in a day since last year :)Para na akong sirang plaka sa kakanta :)

I really like the lyrics of the song and the music itself.Here in France it was even reached to no 1.Now,the song has a remix with R. Kelly,it's nice also,you have to check it out too.If you don't know this song yet,better check the video below I got from youtube.

Looking for shipping boxes

I have a friend who is a certified seller in ebay.She sells anything there from used to new clothes,toys,shoes,bags,lingeries and anything that she can sell of.She even once asked me if I know where she could buy some shipping boxes coz she sometimes ship some bulk items.She already runned out some boxes and still needs a lot of those since she has many bulk products to send.I just told her that she should try looking at packnboxnow.com,maybe she can find some nice boxes that suits for her business.

Taking care of dogs

I already posted here that my sister inlaw loves her dogs very much!She take care of them like her children.She kisses and play with them.She make sure that she always has enough dog supplies.She even bought some dog clothes for them.She only wants the best for them.Those dogs are so lucky,I tell you!

Everytime and everywhere she goes,she always bring them with her.Everytime we visit my mother inlaw and when my SIL is around,my son Alex is always happy everytime he sees the dogs coz he likes to play with them.

Ecomic crisis:bad news for OFWs

I've seen in the television that many Filipinos who are working abroad or the OFWs(Overseas Filipino Workers)are now laid off or their contracts soon to be terminated because of the economic crisis.In America,Europe,Middle East and Asia,many companies are closed,turned bankrupt or reducing their employees.So the Filipino contract workers are affected.It's really a sad news for their families in Philippines who are dreaming to have a good life.

Many Filipinos already returned in the Philippines.Many of them are from Taiwan,Korea,Thailand,UK and some other countries.I really pitied those who borrowed large some of money for the placement yet they were terminated even before their contract ends and now shouldered with lots of credits.Life gets even more harder.In fact my cousins in Thailand who are teachers in private school are now jobless:( They opted to stay there for a while hoping that they will find a new job.I hope they will.

Hope that our economy will be better this year so that many people can have their jobs again.

The tallest man meets the smallest man in the world!

I guess you know already this man,Bao Xishun,the tallest man in the world.He's everywhere now,you can see him in TV,newspaper and internet.This 57 year old herdsman is from inner Mongolia.His height is 7 feet 9 inches or 236cm that makes him the tallest living man.

In this video,he met the smallest man in the world named He Pingping.A 19 year old and has a height of 2 feet 5 inches or 73cm.I like when they were paired up.You can really see the difference of their height.It is so huge!Nevertheless,He Pingping is so cute!

Maybe if I'm sitting beside Bao Xishun,I'm only at his waistline or even lower ngek :)

Tankless water heater

What kind of water heater do you have at home?Here,we have a tank water heater.The previous owner bought it 3 years ago and it functions well up to now.But we don't like it,because it takes a big space in our house and it's difficult to stop when we want to be out for many days.We prefer to have a tankless water heater instead.Not only we can save some space but also it can reduce operating cost.My husband said,we just have to wait that our tank heater breaks down and we will buy a tankless one.

Happy New Year to all!!! may we have a fruitful and a prosperous 2009.May this year brings many opportunities and turn our dreams into reality.

My wishes for this year are:our marriage to be more stronger,we are closer to our 8th year anniversary :),my family here and in Philippines will have a good health,good life and more blessings.I'm just so thankful to God of all the wonderful things that we received last year and that He is always there for us.

Plans for this year

This year we already planned to have some house works like painting the house,change the bathroom totally,installing the chimney and have some backyard works.I really hope that we can do all those things.As of now,the furnitures in the house are still not in the right places because my husband can't still lift some heavy objects due to his operation last October and I couldn't lift too by myself.There are so many things we have to do in the house but we will do it little by little.

As you can see in the photo,the house needs to be paint again.Oh by the way,the stand that we have is too small for our big flat screen TV.If only we have enough money,we would like to change it.We really like to have a tv stand that is more appropriate for the size of our TV .How I wish we have more money to buy the things we like.We just have to save more :)

Kitchen:my favorite place in the house

I love to cook,so no wonder my favorite place in the house is our kitchen.Though our kitchen is not big but I find it enough for me.As long as I can cook and bake,I'm already contented :)I just wish that I have more places where I can put some of my tupperwares,containers and baking molders.For the meantime,I just put them in the food stock room.

Before we transferred here,our kitchen was not furnished.We have to buy our own oven,microwave and dish washing machine unlike when we sold our apartment,we left all our kitchen appliances except for our refrigerator that we brought with us.I said to my husband that we should add and change some things in the kitchen such as the sink,of course when we have more time and money.I was really drooling of the different styles of kitchen sinks that I saw in the magazine,all of them are awesome!How I wish I could have it at home.
