Time to lose weight

It's been so long that I haven't check my weight so yesterday I took our weighing scale and was afraid to know my weight.I knew that it would be around 63 or 64 kilos and I was right :( Blame it to the fatty foods we have eaten but I couldn't really resist those yummy foods,I swear.Maybe I should take the best diet pills.I know there are other ways to lose weight but I guess my good option now is to use a diet pill.I already tried the exercise but I couldn't do it for long,it was really tiring.Hope I can find the right diet pill that will works for me and is safe.Or I'll just seek an advice to my doctor or a dietician on how to lose weight.
