Did some chorizos again
I was craving again for chorizo the other day.Fortunately I already bought some sausage casing and I immediately started making.Sometimes,if I feel so lazy and tired to put it on the sausage casing,I'll just mold it by my hands.Making a chorizo is so simple coz you just have to mix all the ingredients and you're done.The tiring part is if you don't have the machine to make sausage coz it will take time to put the meat in the casing.Though my hubby bought me a machine to make sausages and grinding meat but I don't like using it because I have a hard time cleaning it afterwards.
