By the way to roast a lamb in french way is first,you have to put oil all over the meat.Then you have to put some garlic inside the meat(just make a hole in the meat then put it inside,it adds more flavor)Then put some salt,black pepper and herbes de provence all over the meat.After you put in a tray,if you want ,you can put some veges like onions and potatoes.Easy as that!

Roasted lamb
Roasted lamb is one of my favorite foods here in France.I really like the distinct taste of this meat.Some don't like it but I prefer eating this meat over pork.I remembered when I just arrived here,my husband prepared it on Sunday(it's french cuisine day for us),I wasn't still used eating meat that is not cook very well.At first,I told my husband that my part should be well done.But I already appreciated the taste,especially my husband put a lot of herbs and spices.

Ang sarap nito Amor. My father-in-law always cook lamb when there's a special occasion. Nakakasawa na rin kasi kung puro turkey na lang. Ako rin noong unang dating ko dito sa US 20 yrs ago, I didn't eat meat unless it's well done. Pero ngayon ayaw ko ng well done dahil mas malambot at may lasa yung medium or medium well.
