Charice at Good MOrning America

Another great accomplishment for Charice.She was one of the guests in Good morning America with of course David Foster who always there to help her along with Oprah.They are the ones who made Charice being known in USA now.In this video,he just couldn't stop praising Charice for being a very good performer.I really love her version of I will survive,she did it very well and what a nice arrangement too!.Hope that David Foster will write and produce an album for her soon.

Family gatherings

Christmas is coming soon and so family and friends gatherings are approaching too.Every December,it's a family tradition already that we get together on the 25th and we are also invited by some of our friends.Usually,we go to my mother inlaw's house on the 24th,then on the 25th,a family reunion at his sister's house and then another family gathering at his other sister also after that date.Not to mention that my inlaws always prepare some delicious french foods and that means I'm gonna gain again some kilos :( I might try taking alli,after these non stop eating sessions on December :)I really need it to lose some weight.But of course I'll be doing some exercise and do some dieting too.

Busy weekend

Since we have some many trees and plants here,it's really tiring everytime we clean the yard especially now that it's autumn,many leaves were already fallen.It rained,so we didn't finish cleaning the yard yesterday and also it was very cold outside.

I made an apricot pie yesterday and today my husband cooked a Paella.It was very good and has lots of stuffs(chicken fillet,shrimps,mussels and other sea foods).Usually on Sundays,we make it a point that the food is kind'a special,a food that we don't usually eat on weekdays.

Searching for a job

I got the chance to talked to my neighbour before in Philippines,who is now married to an american guy and now living in Texas,USA.She's been there for almost a year and yet she's still jobless,she's still searching for a work.She said that,with the economy that they have right now,it's really difficult to find a job.But she said she will never stop looking at the newspapers and online job sites that offer Dallas jobs since they live in Dallas and she doesn't want to work far from their place.The nice thing in her is that she never give up,she continues to send her resume to different companies.I really hope she will find a job soon.

Watching some TV shows

Since now that I’m at home and not working anymore,I get to watch the television more often.A show featured some celebrities with beautiful and oozing bodies.I know it’s really important for them to keep their body always fit since they are public figure.I wonder what they do to keep that figure,maybe dieting?some exercise?taking some diet pills or maybe through the help of medical technology?Whatever!,I guess,they have the right whatever method they want to use as long as they know the pros and cons of each and know what's good for them.How I wish that I could have the same body as they have :)

Geoff and Tisha are second place in TARA 3

Today,November 20 is the finale of The Amazing Race Asia.The show ended few hours ago and though I haven't seen the episode yet,I already knew who won the race by reading in the forum of TARA.I'm really sad till now that the team Philippines,Geoff and Tisha didn't make it to the 1st place but I'm happy at the same time that they are second.Hope the next season,The Philippines will be the winner.I'll be missing this show,till next year again :)

Wishing to have a digital photo frame

Everytime we go to the mall,we always pass by the electronics and computer section.My husband has a passion on computers.While he was looking the "nouveau sortie",while my attention was caught by this new digital frame.I really would like to have one since I like watching our photos in the album.It would be nice to have this kind of frame,the idea that it can display lots of photos makes me eager to have it.Hope Santa Claus heard my wish :)

Having an extra memory card

You know what,I took more than a thousand of photos in our Italy vacation last month.The country is really beautiful that I couldn't resist taking photos and besides,we visited a lot of places there.When we were in Venice,I remembered that a woman was devastated because she couldn't take anymore pictures and didn't want to delete some,her memory card was full.She even asked my husband if we saw a store that sells a compact flash memory card.Fortunately,we passed by the store that sells it and we gave her the direction.Hope next time,she will bring an extra memory card :)

At the Vatican City

When we visited Italy last October,one of our itenirary was to visit the Vatican City.And that day was also my birthday :)It was an unforgettable day and a great experience for me,to be able to get there and be inside the St Peter's Church.Too bad,I haven't seen pope Benoit,though I'm not a catholic,I really wanted to see him.I've seen a lot of Filipina nuns there and it feels great to hear them talking in tagalog with the Filipino tourists there :)

We went out

We were out today,we went to the bank first to send some money to my family in Davao then we head to the super store for grocery shopping.My husband was tempted to buy some sci-fi books when we passed by the book section,he was even eager to read it right away :),the author of the book is one of his favorites.We didn't stay longer there,normally we do some window shopping in some of the boutiques in the mall.It rained a lot and it was very cold outside that's why we went home straight after shopping.That was my day today :)

Having a term life insurance

I had a conversation with my sister the other day and she told me that my aunt went there to borrow some money.I really pity them because when my uncle died,their lives became miserable.They had a lot of debts to pay.Too bad that my uncle didn't think of getting a term life insurance to protect his family.Now they just rent and live in a small house with almost nothing to eat since she doesn't have a work for now.I'm just so lucky that we are insured because we still have a kid to protect.We should always think the future of our children,be insured.

I'm gaga

I become gaga more and more to this reality show called The Amazing Race and The Amazing Race Asia.I even slept late at night just to watch the episodes.I really like the theme of this show coz the contestants are able to travel different countries while competing.This is my most favorite and I could say that it's the best ever reality show ever made.If anyone of you doesn't know yet this show,you better watch it,it's really fun and exciting.

It's great to be insured

The other day,I saw again in the television of what had happened in one of the villages in the northern France this year.A tornado passed and I guess the whole village was devastated.All the houses were destroyed and left them homeless :(.Few of the homeowners there were not insured,they had the difficulty to relocate since they don't have insurance that could help them to have a temporary home.Fortunately the government officials were kind enough to help them to have a temporary shelter.The problem is,how can they rebuild their home?

It's really important to have a home insurance coz you don't know what might happen.Even if you think that your location is safe,it' better that your house is insured for you to be protected from any natural calamities or any undesirable circumstances.That's why I told my husband that we should always insured our house.Be insured,be safe.
