Sauté mussels
I really like tahong or mussels,it's one of my favorite foods.When I was in Philippines,I like to sauté it with ginger,red bell pepper,onions and garlic and some seasoning and sometimes put some coriander.Here in France I do different styles,I cook it sometimes in cream or in tomato sauce a la french style.But you know,I still love the Philippines version a lot,maybe because of the aroma of ginger and bell pepper :)

Omg, this looks so yummy, I suddenly crave for mussels. We have a favorite French resto here called Coriander and I always order PEI mussels for appetizer, it is to die for! Tks for the teaser, LOL. Belated Happy Mother's Day too.
