
This was the beef steak of my husband,if you notice,the meat was still red inside(not cook)and lots of blood,he liked it that way.Mine was medium well done,I've learned to love to eat steak that it's not very cooked.Before,when we eat steak,it has to be well grilled and I didn't like to see any blood.Now,it has to be tender and juicy and I don't like to eat meat that is over cooked because it's similar when you eat a rubber.
I remember,he bought a thick meat of a beef and he grilled it for a very short time.When I saw that it was full of blood and when he sliced it,it seems that the meat wasn't even cooked.Ew!I guess,most of the french like that way.

My hubby also likes medium well, and I used to have mine well done. But now I got the hang of eating medium well too as long as its really tender and juicy.
