Acropolis,Athens Greece

Acropolis is located in Athens Greece and it is one of the well known monuments in the world and one of the archaeological sites in the country. Here, you can see the Parthenon, a temple built for the Greek goddess Athena, the Propylaea that serves as the entrance going to Acropolis and the Erechtheum with the famous Porch of the Maidens.

It is on the top of the hill,so going there you must climb the hill or take a taxi if you want. It’s really a breathtaking view to see the whole Athens .When we went there last October 2007,they still reconstructing the place,I don’t know how long it will take but I guess it will take many years to bring it the way it was before.
